ELAN KeraTint Eyelash Tint is part of the KeraVEG lash lifting and brow lamination system. It has an innovative formula that allows it to be used both during the SECOND stage of the lash lifting procedure and independently for eyelash tinting.

Effects of KeraTint Eyelash Tint:

STAGES OF THE LASH LIFT PROCEDURE

1) Diagnosis of the client's lash condition

Determine the exposure time and type of KeraSoft product — KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Solution 1 or KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Solution 1 — according to the following:

Group 1: Thick, straight lashes, not previously chemically treated (lifting, tinting, bleaching) — use KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Solution 1, exposure time 8–10 minutes;

Group 2: Medium or fine lashes, not previously chemically treated — KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Solution 1, exposure time 5–7 minutes;

Group 3: Medium lashes previously chemically treated — use KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Solution 1, exposure time 8–10 minutes;

Group 4: Fine lashes previously chemically treated — KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Solution 1, exposure time 5–7 minutes.

IMPORTANT! Maximum exposure time for both KeraSoft solutions is 10 minutes.

IMPORTANT! Room temperature directly affects the activity of both products — the higher the temperature, the faster the reaction.

Exposure time for KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Solution 2 is 7 minutes and is not affected by lash condition or previous product exposure time.

2) Preparing for lash lifting procedure

2.1 Use ELAN DETOX-MOUSSE to cleanse the lashes before the procedure. Remove the foam with a cotton pad moistened with water.

2.2 Fix a silicone rod of the desired size to the upper eyelid.

2.3 Apply and secure the lashes to the rod using ELAN professional line lash lamination fixing gel and an applicator.

3) Curling the lashes — KeraSoft Lash and Brow Lifting Serum Solution 1 or KeraSoft Lash Lifting Serum Solution 1

3.1 Apply KeraSoft Solution 1 to the lash curl formation area. Exposure time: 5–10 minutes.

IMPORTANT! The exposure time and product type must match the group previously determined.

3.2 After the exposure time, remove the residue first with a dry brush in the direction of lash growth, then with a micro brush or cotton swab moistened with water.

4) Fixing lash direction — KeraBoost Lash and Brow Fixing Serum Solution 2

4.1 Without tinting

4.1.1 Apply KeraBoost Solution 2 in a thick layer across the lash zone. Exposure time: 7 minutes.

4.1.2 After exposure, remove residue first with a dry brush, then with a micro brush or cotton swab moistened with water or ELAN DETOX-MOUSSE. If mousse is used, remove foam with a damp cotton pad.

4.2 With tinting on the rod – KeraBoost Solution 2 + KeraTint Eyelash Tint

4.2.1 Mix KeraTint Eyelash Tint and KeraBoost Solution 2 in a non-metallic container in a 1:2 ratio.

IMPORTANT! Tint color in the bottle may vary from light brown to black due to air exposure after opening. This is normal and does not affect the tinting result.

4.2.2 Apply the mixture thickly across the lash zone. Exposure time: 7 minutes.

4.2.3 After exposure, remove residue with a dry brush and then with a moistened micro brush or cotton swab.

4.2.4 To lock in the result, apply ELAN COLOUR FIX color sealing fluid after tinting.

5) Lash care — KeraCare Lash and Brow Care Serum Solution 3

5.1 After applying KeraBoost Solution 2 or the KeraTint + KeraBoost mix, apply a small amount of KeraCare Solution 3 to clean lashes and distribute evenly. Leave until fully absorbed. No rinsing required.

AFTERCARE RECOMMENDATIONS

! Avoid henna brow tinting or bleaching, as it may cause unpredictable results: dry, dull, brittle hairs may result in lash loss.

! For 24 hours after the procedure, avoid saunas, tanning beds, and mechanical disruption of lash curl or brow styling (e.g., sleeping face-down), and avoid brushing lashes or brows.

! For 48 hours after the procedure, avoid aggressive cosmetic products and procedures (scrubs, peels, alcohol-based lotions, laser treatments).

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR LASH LIFTING AND BROW LAMINATION

Absolute contraindications include individual sensitivity to product ingredients, any skin damage in the brow or eye area, redness, rashes of any kind, allergic reactions, recent tanning bed or laser treatments within 24 hours before the procedure.

PRECAUTIONS

KeraSoft contains thioglycolate and ammonia, KeraBoost contains hydrogen peroxide, KeraTint contains phenylenediamines, toluenediamines, and resorcinol. These products may cause allergic reactions. An allergy test must be conducted before use: Apply 2 drops of each product to a small area of the inner elbow 48 hours prior to use. If no redness, swelling, or irritation appears, proceed with the procedure.

– have a rash on the face or sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp;

– have experienced any reaction after hair or eyelash tinting;

– have had a reaction to temporary “black henna” tattoos in the past.
