Guten Tag,
ich bin ehrlich enttäuscht über die Art, wie die Rechnung übermittelt wurde.
Anstatt einer offiziellen PDF-Rechnung habe ich lediglich Screenshots/Bilder erhalten.
Für ein Unternehmen im Beauty- und Shopbereich wirkt das leider sehr unprofessionell, da Kunden für ihre Buchhaltung ordnungsgemäße Unterlagen benötigen.
Ich muss nun selbst versuchen, aus Bildern eine PDF-Datei zu erstellen und die Beträge zusätzlich in Euro umrechnen, obwohl die Bestellung auf Ihrer deutschen Webseite in Euro bezahlt wurde.
Bitte senden Sie mir daher schnellstmöglich:
