Composition: aqua, cetearyl alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, glycerin, ceteareth-20, paraffinum liquidum, ethylhexyl stearate, argania spinosa kernel oil, cetrimonium chloride, citric acid, phosphoric acid, tetrasodium pyrophosphate, disodium edta, sodium stannate, sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide.

How to use

  1. Mix 3.5% oxidizing emulsion TM ÉLAN professional line with carbon or ultramarine powder for eyebrows brightening in the proportion of 2:1 (two parts of oxidizing emulsion and one part of powder).
  2. First, you should apply the brightening mixture on the thicker hairs, and then - using a brush to distribute it over the entire surface of the eyebrows.
  3. According to the desired result and the thickness of the hairs, leave the lightening mixture on the eyebrows for 3-15 minutes.
  4. When the desired result is achieved, remove the lightening mixture with a cotton disk moistened with water.
  5. If you want to get a lighter shade, repeat the procedure. To complete the chemical reaction, apply “ÉLAN DETOX-MOUSSE” to the eyebrows and remove the foam with a damp cotton pad.
  6. To fix the result, apply “COLOUR FIX”, a fixative fluid containing keratin and sunflower oil, to the eyebrow hairs.
  7. Tint or color your eyebrows if necessary.
