Technology for applying mirror powder (rubbing):

Cover the nail with base coat. Dry in a lamp.
Then apply colored gel polish. Dry in a UV lamp for 2 minutes in an LED lamp for 30 seconds.
Apply top coat. Dry.
Apply mirror shine and rub in thoroughly.
Remove any remaining powder with a soft bristle brush and dry in a lamp for 30 seconds.
Cover with top coat. Dry.
