OKO Oxidant Oxidant 3% is a cream oxidant specially formulated for use with OKO Lash&Brow Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O. The unique formula of OKO Lash&Brow Liquid Hybrid Tint and Cream Oxidant 3% from the OKO Lash&Brow H2O series makes it possible to adjust the saturation of the color result through the mixing ratio. The proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3. If you dilute the color with oxidizer in the proportion of 1:1 you will get a more saturated result, in the proportion of 1:2 - lighter, in the proportion of 1:3 - maximum light result.

Characteristics

Method of coloring for eyebrows:

1. STEP 1 - PREPARATION FOR TINTING
   Cleanse the brow area with OKO Lash&Brow's Cloudy Foam 3-in-1 Mild Shampoo Foam. Remove any shampoo residue with a damp cotton pad.
2. STEP 2 - ARCHITECTURE AND MARKING
   Draw the architecture of the eyebrows and mark with OKO Eyebrow Contour Paste White Pearl, powder pencil or coloring thread. Use OKO Line Cleanser to clean up the lines.
3. STEP 3 - BROW CORRECTION
   Correct the eyebrows and remove excess hairs. OKO Lash&Brow 01 and 02 Easy Touch tweezers are ideal for this step. For spot correction, use the 03 Ultra Point tweezers.
4. STEP 4 - EYEBROW COLORING
   Mix the OKO Liquid Hybrid Tint H2O eyebrow and lash color with the Cream Oxidant 3% of the H2O series in a plastic or glass container. Depending on how rich or light a result is desired, the mixing proportions can vary from 1:1 to 1:3.
   Apply the paint to the eyebrows in the chosen coloring technique. In case of layer-by-layer coloring techniques, we recommend to apply the first layer as thin as possible and repeat the application 2-3 times.
   Dry the colorant on the eyebrows and rinse off. The dye should be left on the eyebrows for 6-15 minutes.
   Rinse off the dye with a damp cotton pad.
5. STEP 5 - PERFECT RESULT
   If necessary, refine the area with OKO Color Remover. Style the eyebrows with OKO Brow Fix eyebrow gel.
