Technology of paraffin therapy procedure (for hands)

1. The first thing you need to do is to remove all jewelry from your hands, preferably remove gel-lacquer or lacquer from your hands.
2. Prepare paraffin for the procedure in advance. To do this, put it in a paraffin bath (paraffin stove) for 30 - 40 minutes.
3. After that you need to wash your hands with soap and water and clean the skin with gel-exfoliant (or scrub). This will prepare the skin from dead cells and prepare it for the beginning of the next stage.
4. The next step is the application of a nourishing cream-mask: it should be applied in sufficient quantity and distributed over the entire surface of the hands and fingers with massage movements.
5. After that, using a brush apply melted paraffin on your hands. It will dry quickly. It is necessary to apply several layers of paraffin until the formation of a thick crust.
6. Then put protective bags on your hands, and on top of the mittens, fixing them tightly to avoid heat loss.
